About four weeks ago, we ran a live-fire test inside the TraffiCola system — and the results reshaped how we reward our affiliate Market Makers.
This test used a real person — my daughter Cassie — to prove once and for all how we assign sponsor credit, timestamp signups, and share commissions fairly between original sponsors and assistants.
🎯 The Cassie Sponsorship Test
Step 1: Cassie visited our site on her own, without clicking any referral link. Our system auto-tagged her under our Grand Wizard (Affiliate ID: 1000000001), because he is always the default sponsor for unaffiliated traffic.
Step 2: The next day, the WhiteLabel owner (1000000002) emailed her a VIP invitation. Cassie clicked it. She liked what she saw… and signed up!
But here’s the twist: She was still assigned to her original sponsor — the Grand Wizard — because our system locks the first timestamped contact.
⚖️ The Assistant Gets Paid Too!
This is where TraffiCola shines. Since the WhiteLabel owner helped close the deal, we rewarded them with a split commission.
Even though Cassie’s official upline remains with 1000000001, a special commission tag (1000000002a) was created for the assist — and both got paid.
Example payout:
- $10 to the Primary Sponsor (First Seen)
- $10 to the Assistant Sponsor (Closer)
This new logic lets us reward teamwork without breaking the tree structure. 🙌
